Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all quotations, orders and deliveries made through Iron Box Containers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. An order is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a written order confirmation issued.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted exclusive of delivery unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change on unconfirmed quotations due to steel, fuel and freight cost movements.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure stock and schedule fabrication. The balance is due prior to or on delivery, unless approved trade-account terms apply. See our Payment page for accepted methods.

4. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the container passes to the customer upon delivery and offloading at the nominated site.

5. Warranties

Containers are supplied subject to the warranty terms set out on our Warranty page. Used containers are sold in the condition graded at the time of sale.

6. Site Access & Readiness

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe, level and accessible site conditions for delivery vehicles and crane equipment. Additional charges may apply for failed or delayed deliveries caused by site access issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Iron Box Containers' liability for any claim relating to a container or service is limited to the value of that order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
