Iron Box Containers stands behind the quality of every unit we supply. This page sets out what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.
New Containers
All new (one-trip) containers are supplied CSC certified and carry a wind-and-watertight guarantee from the date of delivery, covering structural leaks under normal use and storage conditions.
Used Containers
Used containers are sold according to their inspected grade (Cargo-Worthy, Wind & Watertight, or As-Is) at the time of sale. The condition disclosed in the inspection report at point of sale reflects the unit's warranty status — As-Is units are sold with no wind-and-watertight guarantee.
Modifications & Conversions
All fabrication work — including doors, windows, insulation, electrical and custom conversions — carries a 12-month workmanship warranty covering defects in materials or installation.
